Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?   Food and medications. We provide bedding at your request, bowls, and fun! No need to provide leashes or bowls. Toys and bedding are optional. We will do our best to ensure any items you bring for your pet are returned to you in the condition they came in. However we can not be responsible for the return or replacement of damaged items.

I have multiple dogs – what size run should I reserve?    Standard suites are suitable for two small sized dogs. Deluxe suites are ideal for 2+ medium dogs, 1-2 large dogs, or up to 3 small dogs from the same family.

How often does my dog get to go outside?   Dogs get ample time to potty, play, and explore in our yards no less than 4 outings per day – usually around 8am, noon (group playtime, private walks), 5pm, and again at nighttime around 8-9pm.

Can I come see the facility?   Yes! We schedule tours on weekdays by appointment only between 9am and 5pm.

Can reactive or aggressive dogs stay at our resort?   Yes, but we do reserve the right to refuse aggressive dogs if the safety of staff is of concern or if boarding accommodations are not suitable for your (or others’) dogs (i.e. overflow boarding). For their safety, aggressive dogs are not allowed unattended patio access if adjacent runs are occupied. Private walk fees of $5/day apply.

Can unaltered dogs or dogs in season be boarded?   Unaltered dogs are welcome! For females in heat, yes but specific policies are in place including private walk fees, no group playtime, and we have the right to refuse if boarding accommodations are not within our standard or deluxe kennels.

Please treat our team with respect – we will not tolerate any verbal abuse and aggressive or violent behavior.  For any concerns or improvements, please politely ask for kennel management and we will timely and appropriately address your concerns. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.
