Gingr will allow for Boarding reservations and Grooming appointments to be requested or changed online through the portal 24/7!! Easily sign contracts, update your personal/pet information, upload vaccinations, pay online, and receive notifications in regard to your CCR services! One of the biggest changes is that we kindly require card on file (stored securely through Stripe) for ease of checkout and adherence to cancellation/deposit policies!

• At this time, daycare will be a standing reservation for regular clients and will not be on online service. Same process, show up on your daycare day! For drop in daycare, please call or message ahead and we will schedule you! 

As longtime residents of South Camano, we are no stranger to the wind and snowstorms that can cause power outages, even for days at a time, during the winter months. Interruptions to power, phone, and internet services are very common and can take days to be restored, especially further South on the island.

It is important to us to maintain communications as best possible during unforeseen storms and our owner or manager will post an update via our Facebook page if we have lost power/phones service.

In the event that we have power outages and are unable to reach us via phone:

• Contact us via Facebook messenger or email at [email protected]. We check these multiple times daily via cell service. Our main phone line, internet, and power may be interrupted.
• We have staff and ownership on site AT ALL TIMES – there is no interruption to dog’s outings, play, and care for boarding! Buildings are equipped with propane heat for warmth. 
• Boarding Drop-off and Pick-up ONLY between 8AM-11AM and 1PM-5PM.
• We prefer our daycare clients stay safe at home during storms unless stated otherwise – please contact in advance to arrange.

We hope you and your family stay safe during the winter months and rest easy that your dogs are well taken care of during your holiday/snowbird travels! If you are in a situation to need a warm place for your dog during a storm on short-notice, please contact us for any last minute boarding needs. We would be more than happy to help PUD, county, or city crews that may be working long shifts to restore services that are in need of dog boarding/daycare if able as well!
